Are the clothes clean?
Yes — every single piece is washed and ironed before it's photographed and shipped. We don't list anything we wouldn't wear ourselves.
Are the measurements accurate?
Yes — we measure every piece individually. Shoulder, chest, and length measurements are listed on every product page. We recommend comparing these to a garment you already own for the best fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe through our secure payment partner Razorpay. All transactions are protected.
Is delivery really free?
Yes — free delivery on every order, no minimum, no exceptions. We use India Post as our delivery partner — the most sustainable and economical option, which is how we're able to offer free delivery to everyone.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 24 hours of your order. Delivery typically takes 2-10 business days depending on your location across India.
Are all items shipped immediately?
Yes. We've built systems specifically to ship every order the same day or next day. While India Post takes a little longer to arrive than premium couriers, we ship fast so your wait is as short as possible.
What if the item doesn't match the description?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos. We'll make things right immediately.
Do you accept returns for change of mind?
We don't — but we describe and photograph every piece honestly so there are no surprises.
