Once you send your clothes to us, your job is done. From that moment, it’s all on us:

• Washing, ironing & caring for the garment

• Professional photography & listing on our website

• Marketing, inventory management & shipping to the new owner

You just sit back tension-free and wait for your share when the piece is sold. 💸

✨ What makes it special

• Every garment gets its own live link on Prelo, so you always know the exact selling price.

• Payments are simple: your share is transferred directly into your account within 7 days of the garment being sold.

• Want to make it extra meaningful? You can choose to donate your share to a charity of your choice.

How It Works

🔑 Earnings

• You receive 40% of the selling price, Prelo keeps 60%.

• If you send us a clear photo of yourself wearing the piece, your share goes up to 45%.

• For donations: we keep 50% and 50% goes to the charity you choose.

👗 Garment Quality

• If a piece is valued below ₹400, we unfortunately can’t share proceeds (too little margin to make it work).

• If the garment is torn, stained, or not in wearable condition, we recycle or rework it (no earnings in that case).

📦 Shipping & Returns

• Send your clothes to:

  We recommend using India Post, as it’s the most economical and sustainable shipping service. 🌿
  

• Once we receive your clothes, they can’t be returned (not feasible operationally).

• This service is invite-only. Please include your unique invite code in the package, otherwise we won’t be able to process it.
