What Goes Behind Your Thrift Find Getting a New Home
It starts with a lot
Every few weeks we receive a lot — sometimes 80 kilograms of pre-owned clothing at a time. We go through every single piece by hand. Slow, careful work. Most pieces get a second chance. Some don't make the cut. But every piece gets looked at.
Then comes the wash
Every piece that makes it through goes straight to the wash. Every single one. No exceptions. We know this sounds obvious. In the world of secondhand fashion, it genuinely isn't standard. We do it because we'd want it done if we were the buyer. A good wash and a hot iron does things to fabric that no amount of photography can fake.
Photography that tells the truth
Clean and pressed, every piece goes in front of the camera. Both sides. The label. We're not trying to make things look better than they are — we want what you see to be exactly what you get.
Measurements, because sizes lie
A size L from Germany is not the same as a size L from India. So we measure everything ourselves — shoulder, chest, length. Real numbers you can compare to something already in your wardrobe.
Folding, packing, sending it on its way
Each order is carefully folded, packed and handed to India Post — our delivery partner of choice, not just because it reaches every corner of India, but because it's the most sustainable way to ship.
Why we do all of this
Because preloved clothes deserve to feel like new. And because every piece has something new clothes will never have — character, history, a life already lived. We notice that. We clean it, measure it, photograph it honestly, and send it to someone who'll love it.
Give it another chance.
